Faculty of Arts Make-Up Test ServiceThe Faculty of Arts Make-Up Test Service provides centralized invigilation support for students who have missed midterms or other in-term assessments.
Regular make-up test sittings are held on Tuesdays at 11:30 am in McNally Main 214A.
1. Submit a request
Complete the Faculty of Arts Make-Up Test Request Form for each student requiring a make-up sitting. Please submit one form per student.
When completing the form, you will select from the available make-up test dates. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the selected sitting.
2. Provide test materials
Test materials can be uploaded directly with the request form.
If the test materials are not uploaded with the request, they must be received by the BA Advising Centre by 4:00 pm on the business day before the scheduled sitting by either:
3. Automatic confirmation
Once the form is submitted, the test is added to the Make-Up Test calendar, and confirmation emails are sent to both the instructor and student.
The student confirmation includes the test date, start time, location, and course information.
4. The student writes the test
Students should arrive shortly before the scheduled 11:30 am start time.
Students arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may normally still be admitted but must finish by the original scheduled end time. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted.
5. The completed test is returned or made available for pickup
