10:15-11:00		Research Poster Symposium. About 12 research posters presented by MBA students from the MBA People In Organizations course. Interactive networking between students, faculty, alumni, and HR professionals
11:00-12:00		Panel Discussion: The Future of the HR Profession A moderated panel featuring senior HR executives, Sobey alumni, and CPHR leaders exploring topics such as: The evolving strategic role of HR Artificial intelligence and the future of work Workforce capability and leadership Building evidence-informed HR practice Future competencies required for HR professionals
